Adam Aldgate (service advisor) was so incredibly helpful to me. I was facing an extremely expensive repair, and unfortunately GM corporate wouldn’t help me and really did just make me feel like a ticket number, but Adam and the service team here made me feel like a person and were able to soften the blow for me, all while providing exemplary service throughout the whole process. Adam made what would have been an extremely expensive and frustrating situation easy enough for me to stomach, truly listened and worked with me to help me resolve the situation and get my car back up and running. As a person with a bad back injury, it’s imperative I have a vehicle to get me around and manage my pain levels, so I don’t know what I would have done had he not come through with the excellent service this dealership has always provided. Thanks to Adam! This is what customer service is all about.
