My recent experience at John Bear Chevrolet on Upper James in Hamilton was nothing short of a miracle. I arrived unexpectedly and in quite a dilemma. Employees Tina and Caleb are exceptional human beings who helped me out immediately, going above and beyond their employment expectations. During my time in the immaculate waiting lounge, I observed the shop facilities to be clean and organized and also their staff to be courteous to me as well as respectful to one another.
