We had a great experience at John Bear working with Martha Christianson. We inquired about the 2022 Chevy Bolt and Martha kept me updated on when it was available to test drive (a bit of a wait due to the Bolt battery recall). As soon as it was ready, she let us know and we went in for a test drive. Martha told us all the features and let us know about the car without being pushy. We’ve always purchased used cars in the past, so this was our first new vehicle and the process was seamless and not stressful. Martha always kept us updated as we processed through the sale, organized everything, and made things easy. Very happy woth our experience with Martha! Many thanks for the help.
