I had the most amazing service today at your Upper James Hamilton location! I drive this route home everyday, but today while driving by, in the pouring rain my driverside windshield wiper flew off. My only option was to pull into John Bear. It was closing time but from the minute I walked in the service was outstanding. A young man who (name I did not get) was on his way out quickly took me to Judy in the Parts Dept. Where she got me a wiper. When she was leaving a few minutes later found me soaking wet, struggling to put on the wiper she stop immediately, called Joe to come help. Joe put it on in a second and I was on my way. What an amazing team and Judy went the extra mile…..thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart!!! Denise McSevney PS I will buy my next car there!!
