This was our first experience with John Bear Buick GMC and I don’t think it will be our last. We bought a used van that we saw online and first dealt with Sam who was very helpful and kept us updated with the progress on our purchase. We ran into a few issues after receiving the vehicle and that is when the Used Vehicle Manager, Danny C, really made our purchase a great experience. Danny really cares about customer service and assisted us in getting everything sorted. He turned what could have been a big headache into a pleasant experience and we appreciated his commitment to making things right. We don’t live in the area but would start our hunt for our next vehicle here! Thanks Danny and Sam!
